Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is looking for a

MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT)
For Information Technology (IT) Department

Purpose:
To develop the successful candidate to become Assistant Manager in IT Department upon completion of the program. The program includes familiarizing the candidate with Four Seasons management competencies as well as further equipping the individual with the technical knowledge and skills required for the position.

Duration:
6 – 12 months depending on the candidate’s performance during the MIT program and readiness for the job. Bonding agreement applies upon successful completion of the program.

General Requirements for Applicants:
- Fresh graduate with Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.3 out of 4
- Visionary thinker who sees things in a ‘big picture’ and a proactive problem solver
- Ability to adapt to the dynamics of the workplace
- Passionate and goal-oriented individual who works efficiently to deliver the very best guest experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing (in
Indonesian and in English)
- Team player
- Ability to manage oneself in difficult situations

Functional Requirements:
- Expert user of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledgeable of the LAN system
- Ability to manage and maintain servers
- Ability to provide common software and hardware services such as installation,
repairs, and troubleshooting
- Ability to train users to use the electronic system and application software more
effectively
- Excellent presentation skills
