Our client, international scale manufacturing & distribution company ( FMCG ) in Indonesia, is looking for highly capable and motivated candidates for position of :

I.Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

* Assist The General Manager to formulate, develop and implement effective advertising strategies and campaigns to achieve high consumers’ brand recall and consistently improve brand awareness in the market place.
* Formulate, develop and implement effective promotional strategies and sales campaigns to improve the company’s business and market share.
* Manage, direct and guide the company’s sales force for Jabodetabek in order to achieve sales and market share targets.
* Develop and maintain good business relationship with dealers, distributors, customers, suppliers and institutional bodies to win their support.
* Visit dealers and distributors regularly and make first hand observation on market conditions and development so that prompt and appropriate actions can be taken to strengthen the company’s market position.
* Regularly appraise the dealers’ performance for further improvement and identify dealers and market areas that need improvement.
* Regularly review and identify new or under-developed market areas and implement actions to improve sales.
* Disseminate all sales and marketing reports, forecast and other information required on time.
* Participate in product development/improvement and launch these new products with sales and marketing activities to expand company’s business.

Requirements:

* Less than 40 years old
* Bachelor degree in any discipline ( D3 or S1 ) and professional qualifications
* Working experience Minimum 7 years in sales and marketing experience of which at least 5 years in managerial position and in the furniture trade is an advantage
* Good communication skill, mature Self motivated, tough, honest, aggressive and able to work in team and under pressure
* Good analytical, evaluation, Planning, organizing and directing.
* Having Strategic thinking, good business judgment. Creative sales and marketing skills
* Detail oriented, independent, drive for excellent result and have a good skill of leadership
* Good English and mandarin in advantage

II.Asst. Production & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

* Maintain all Machinery
* Equipment Supporting and Building and Utilities maintenance
* Purchase all spare part
* Responsible for directing and coordinating the manufacturing activities in compliance with required output and quality standards.
* To ensure that products is manufactured to customer contractual and due date requirements and in accordance with Customer’s or Company standards (whichever may be the most demanding) at minimum incurred cost.

Requirements:

* Male not more than 43 years old
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
* Experience min. 5 years in the same position or senior staff in manufacturing packaging and cable or warring cable is advantage
* Fluent in English both oral & written
* Advanced computer skill
* Good communication skill and mature
* Detail oriented, independent, drive for excellent result and have a good skill of leadership
