PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia is the strategic production base in ASEAN region, which will be able to respond to every need and demand that rises from the local and ASEAN region. It is located in Kota Bukit Indah Cikampek, Jawa Barat, spread across 120,000 m2 of land, with 10,000 units production capacity in one year, need additional employees to strengthen the team, with the following qualification :

HRD/GA SUPERVISOR
Qualification :

* Male or Female, max 30 years old for HRD Supervisor, Male max 35 years for GA Supervisor
* Bachelor degree in Law for HRD Supervisor, min D3 any major for GA Supervisor
* Having 3 years experience as HRD-GA Supervisor
* For GA Supervisor must be having experience in building maintenance and controlling environment office area
* For HRD Supervisor must be having experience in database maintenance and knowing about labor regulation, legal Document and Industrial relation
* Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring skill
* Good interpersonal and communication
* Self motivated, tough, honest, assertive, smart and hard worker
* Able to work in team and under pressure situation
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
