Sandoz Indonesia, an establish multinational pharmaceutical company looking for dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as:
BPA ASSISTANT
Under BPA Manager and CFO supervisions, the main job responsibility is to provide support to finance and marketing department within Sandoz Indonesia operations in achieving optimization of shareholders value while helping to observe Group requirements.
Major accountabilities
Daily:
* Assist BPA Manager in verifying and control company operational expenses (including marketing and promotional expenses) according to company budget, marketing plans, marketing conditions, and Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM) as well as all related SOP’s implemented within PT. Sandoz Indonesia.
* In coordination with Technical Operation in monitoring Company’ KPI related to Technical Operation
Weekly:
* Prepare and provide weekly net Level 1 Sales to be distributed to top management and Sales & Marketing dept. as well.
Monthly:
* Assist BPA Manager to prepare and provide Monthly Actual Business Performance.
* Prepare and provide monthly Level 1 sales report.
* Prepare and perform monthly P&L analysis and Moving Key Figures.
* Provide monthly Stock In Trade (Stock In Distributor).
* Prepare and perform product discount analysis report, Incentive and discount trends.
* Provide Sales Cost analysis report.
Quarterly:
* Assist BPA manager to prepare and provide Forecast based on Latest Estimation, including FCRS submission.
* Prepare and provide report of Anti-TB products.
Annually:
* Assist BPA Manager to prepare and provide Annual Budget, including FCRS submission.
Ad-Hoc:
* Provide any necessary report and analysis required by management.
Requirements:
* Educational:University degree in Finance/ Accounting/Economic CPA or CMA is a plus
* Experience:2 – 3 year experience in management accounting in MNC or Public Accounting Firm Some working experience and exposure to sales and marketing operations.
* Technical Qualification : Microsoft Office, knowledge in SAP is a plus
* Language Qualification : Fluent (oral & writing) in English
* Others:Team player, willing to work under tight deadline and under minimum supervision
