Loss & Prevention Manager
(Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang)



Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for identifying, creating, and implementing SOP & new programs for loss prevention to reduce store shrinkage

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university (GPA min 3.00)
• Minimum 5 years experiences as Loss Prevention or Risk Management Manager
• Experiences in creating SOP for Loss Prevention & Security
• Skillful in conducting investigation for potential violation of policies
• Able to conduct analysis and design solutions for Loss Prevention Area
• Understanding of Retail Business will be an advantage
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Strong leadership with exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
