This position will report to Manager, Production.
Responsible for all production operations in assigned factory
Requirement:
- Degree from educational entity focusing on shoemaking or engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in Footwear production.
- Experience in Footwear Development
- Hands on in shoe technical background
- IT knowledge (basic office applications, competent in the using of Word. Excel).
- Effective communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written English,
- Prefer Indonesia Citizenship Holder

This position will report to Operations Manager
Requirement:
- Four year college or university degree.
- At least 5 years of related work experience in the athletic footwear industry in a technical capacity with managerial experience.
- Proven record of accomplishment in the footwear industry Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing, including pattern engineering, mold making, grading, materials processing, etc.
- Good understanding of costing principles.
- Ability to create, plan and deliver presentations.
- MS Office skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Prefer Indonesia Citizenship Holder
