Requirements

-Education: Bachelor Degree ( Any Discipline)
-Experience:

• Understand process of cement production
• Understand process of logistic distribution
• Understand process of loading cargo on port i.e. parties  and equipment would be an advantage

-Computer Literate: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes  and SAP User
-Language: Excellent of  English both oral & written
-Other qualification:

• Good Interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to develop operational strategies
• Awareness of OHS at the workplace

OPI Lead Coach

Requirements:

• Education : University or College graduation (S1)
• Experiences : Three (3) year experience in managing working unit area as middle manager with good track record
• Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
• Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
• Other qualifications :

1. Certified 3 month Business Management Program (Operation Management and General Management)
2. Have exposure in different working unit areas 
3. Project management
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
5. Strong tenacity
